1984年12月生,江苏海门人,中共党员,博士,副教授,博士生导师。中央单位第十批援疆干部。
入选上海市“浦江人才”计划(2018),上海市“晨光计划”(2014),美国斯坦福大学卡内基科学研究所访问学者(2016-2017)。获上海海洋科学技术奖青年科技创新奖(2023)、“东富龙”生物工程优秀青年科学家奖(2022)。获我校青年五四奖章(2023)、青年英才培育计划(2020)、优秀研究生指导老师(2022)、优秀研究生兼职辅导员(2019)、校园新星(2021)等荣誉称号。担任中国生物工程学会一碳生物技术专委会委员(2022-2026)、中国化工学会生物化工专业委员会青年学者工作委员会委员(2023-2027)、上海市生物工程学会一碳生物技术专委会委员(2023-2027)。
承担国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划合成生物学专项、973计划子课题、中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金、上海市自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金重大基础研究项目等多个国家级/省部级项目。已在Biotechnology Advances、Trends in Food Science and Technology、Chemical Engineering Journal、Plant Physiology、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Bioresource Technology、Bioorganic Chemistry等专业领域Top期刊等杂志上发表论文50多篇,Google Scholar总被引用超过1700次,单篇最高引用超300次,入选ESI高被引论文1篇;申请发明专利26项,授权11项。

主要研究方向
(1)生物转化与绿色低碳技术
主要针对富含生物活性物质和高效环境修复的微藻优良种质,重点探索营养与环境因素对微藻生长及代谢作用机制、微藻光合自养和光暗发酵过程中碳氮磷高效生物转化及优化调控技术,为微藻植物蛋白和生物活性物质生产(如藻胆蛋白、PUFAs、色素、多糖等)、环境治理(CO2减排和污染物降解)与生物质利用、生物饵料与饲料、生物能源的开发提供绿色低碳关键技术。
(2)合成生物系统构建与应用
主要以微藻及蓝细菌等光合微生物为研究对象,基于功能基因组学、代谢途径解析与组装、合成生物技术等手段开发藻细胞底盘,建立成熟的表达系统/基因编辑体系(细胞核、叶绿体基因组),实现外源蛋白(如疫苗、工业酶、药用蛋白、抗体、细胞因子等)在藻细胞内高效表达,藉此推动微藻绿色细胞工厂相关技术的发展(如重组微藻疫苗、活细胞光-酶催化等),实现高值化利用。
