万民熙

19819月生,湖南衡阳人,中南大学和美国Johns Hopkins University(约翰斯·霍普金斯大学)联合培养博士,副教授,硕士导师。

入选云南省柔性引才(2018)、我校青年英才引进与培育计划(2015)、350vip浦京集团青年交叉创新提升计划(青椒计划,2020)。

一直从事微藻生物技术、合成生物学和光生物反应器方面的研究工作,专注于生物合成技术的产业化工作,已有多项技术实现了产业化。作为项目或课题负责人承担国家重点研发计划课题、863课题、973计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金等多个国家级/省部级项目。在Bioresource TechnologyAlgal ResearchBiotechnology and BioengineeringJournal of Biotechnology等生物技术领域相关期刊上公开发表论文50余篇;编写专著1本、中英文书稿4章;申请发明专利10余项。

担任中国空间科学学会空间生命专业委员、中国藻业协会会员、中国科技核心期刊《现代生物医学进展》常务编委、SCI刊物《Applied Sciences》客座编辑。

研究方向

[1] 微藻生物技术:高价值生物活性物质的生产工艺开发、分子生物学研究、代谢途径改造、光合细胞工厂优化等。

[2] 合成生物学:主要各类微生物细胞为底盘生物,开发强鲁棒性的细胞工厂进行多肽、蛋白质以及萜类等多种活性物质的高效生物合成,并应用机器学习进行表达元件和生物合成过程的深度优化。

[3] 光生物反应器:用于光合微生物的高效反应器的研制与产业化。
